This policy explains how Buy From Farmers Direct (BFFD) uses cookies and similar technologies on buyfromfarmersdirect.co.uk. BFFD is operated by BLACKPEAKSOLUTIONS LTD, company number 16819956, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 17 High Street, Corby Glen, Grantham, NG33 4LU.

Nothing optional runs until you choose. Google Analytics and ActiveCampaign are held back, not just hidden, until you allow them.

We remember your choice for one year, then ask again. The choice applies to the browser and device you are using, so make it again on any other device.
To show what was agreed, we keep a consent record: a random reference, the time, the page, your browser type, your choices and a shortened IP address with its last part removed.
Your cookie choice is separate from email marketing. Accepting Marketing cookies does not subscribe you to our emails, and unsubscribing from emails does not change your cookie settings.
These keep the site working, remember your cookie choice and protect payments, so they are always on. Some only appear when you use the feature concerned, such as signing in or paying. An asterisk (*) stands for a part of the name that varies.
Blocking these in your browser can stop sign in or payments from working.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use BFFD, so we can improve it. It only runs if you choose Accept all or switch Statistics on.
It records the pages you visit and how you use them: scrolling, site searches, clicks on contact details and links to other sites, forms, account sign ups (the account type and plan) and payments (the amount, plan and invoice number, never card details). It also notes your browser, device, approximate location and how you reached us.
This information is not necessarily anonymous, but Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses (Google). We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months.
Cookie lifetimes are Google’s published defaults (Google); some browsers shorten them.
With your permission, ActiveCampaign, our email service, records the pages you visit and recognises your browser when you return. It only runs if you choose Accept all or switch Marketing on.
If ActiveCampaign knows who you are, for example because you followed a link in one of our emails, those visits can be linked to your contact record and email address. This helps us send emails that match your interests. ActiveCampaign also receives technical information, including your IP address. Its tracking loads from diffuser-cdn.app-us1.com, prism.app-us1.com and trackcmp.net.
A few services deliver parts of our pages directly. They receive your IP address and browser details in order to work.
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Your browser’s privacy settings let you delete or block cookies and stored site data, alongside the choices in our cookie notice.
We update this policy when our cookies or the reasons we use them change. If a change needs fresh consent, the cookie notice will ask you again.
Withdrawing consent stops optional tracking from that point. It does not undo processing that happened before, or delete information a provider has already received.
